Rachel - Irish Name - Fine Art Print

Rachel ... from the Hebrew rachel, 'the ewe' - a shepherd people's tenderest word, kept for the gentlest creature in their care. The Rachel of Genesis was herself a shepherdess, and Jacob served her father seven years to win her hand - years that seemed to him but a few days, for the love he bore her. The full story of Rachel - its meaning, history, and place in Ireland - is set down in the print.
