Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are delivered instantly by email as soon as your order is complete. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for - your files arrive within minutes of purchase. If your download email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact maggi@mayocalligraphy.com and we will resend it promptly.

Vault Impressions Fine Art Prints

Vault Impressions prints are printed to order by our print partner Prodigi and produced locally in your own country. Orders for the USA are printed in the USA, Irish and UK orders in the UK, EU orders within the EU, and Australian orders in Australia.

No customs or import duties: because your print is produced in your own country, there are no cross-border shipments and no customs or import duty charges for orders in the USA, Ireland, UK, EU, or Australia.

Free worldwide shipping: shipping is free to every country we deliver to - Ireland, the UK, the USA, Australia, and right across the EU.

Production time: your print is made for you when you order. Please allow 1 - 4 working days for production before dispatch.

Delivery time: we use standard postal services to keep shipping free, so please allow 10 - 21 working days from order to delivery in all markets. Most orders arrive well within that window, but postal carriers can run slow, especially around public holidays. USA and Australia orders are tracked; Ireland and UK orders are untracked.

If your order has not arrived within 21 working days of ordering, contact us and we will investigate - see our Refund policy for full details on lost or missing orders.

Personalised and Commission Work

Hand-inked commissions are made in our studio in Ballintubber, Co Mayo, and posted free of charge via An Post once your approved piece is complete. Timeframes are agreed with you at the time of ordering, and we will keep you informed from proof approval through to dispatch.

Please note: unlike our Vault Impressions prints, commissions are posted from Ireland - so orders to the UK and USA may attract customs or import charges on arrival. Any such charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
