George - Irish Name - Fine Art Print

George - from the Greek georgos, the farmer: ge, the earth, and ergon, work - the plainest of trades raised into a name by a dragon-slaying saint. Ireland answered with Georges of its own, from Shaw of Dublin, who won both the Nobel Prize and an Academy Award, to Best of Belfast, who made the name dance. The full story of George - its meaning, history, and place in Ireland - is set down in the print.
