Family Trees are synonymous with calligraphy and hand inking. They have featured in several recent TV shows, ‘Who do you think you are?’ and ‘Long Lost Family’, and are often presented to ‘famous’ folk, to show their family ties to a country or place. But you don’t need to be ‘famous’ for your family to be the most important thing in the world.
They say that we are never truly gone as long as we live on the lips of our descendants, and I would love to help you make this true. My own father died when I was 10, and with him went a huge part of that side of my family’s story. Perhaps that is why I am so passionate about preserving the past for ‘posterity’.
Hand inked family trees are major projects, but we also offer a simple computer generated table which shows the important names and dates that make up your family’s story.
I have had the privilege of working on several family history books, an I can genuinely say that they are a precious gift to leave for future generations. In these books you can record not only the names and dates, but also the stories and anecdotes which will bring these loved ones to life in years to come, and also serve as a social history.
